About Us

Barcelo' s Woodworking LLC has over 8 decades of combined experience in the design, engineering and manufacturing of custom cabinets and millworking.

Our history includes collaborating with local designers, architects, and contractors to complete the simplest, very unique or most challenging of projects. Our pride is the workmanship that is generational and the priority to details. This is the cornerstone of our product.

We listen to the ideas of designers, builders and owners and review every detail until the final sign-off, then production begins.

From the final decision, to the woods used, to the drawer slides, to the widest assortment of handles and pulls we want our customers to be thrilled with their one-of-a-kind creation.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

WORKING WITH US

It all starts with ideas and vision!

Talking with designers, owners and developers we get an understanding of what they have in mind for the project.

ENGINEERING AND DESIGN

Our in-house staff, after listening to all of the ideas, begins the task of creating a visualization of what the project would look like and develop a set of plans and specifications to meet your custom needs and preferences.

It's a three step process to get the project into production:

First, planning based on ideas, second, obtaining required specifications,

and third, reviewing of the plans for changes. Upon final review,

by all parties, the project is put into production.

Selection & Variety

Specifications start at the planning stage. However, the "custom" in custom cabinets is established when the personal touches are added. The choice of woods, the color of the stain, the sheen, the pulls and handles are all part of the special process that create that one-of-a-kind look that's all yours!

FABRICATION

Throughout the process the project is controlled by specific in-house codes

that tell each employee what the project is, what room they're working on

and even what cabinet goes in that room. We also do this to ensure

that our 21st Century state of the art C-N-C router (that can cut wood to

within 1/64th of an inch) is making the most accurate pieces to ensure that the

custom cabinets fit precisely into the spaces for which they were designed.

FINISHING

When the cabinets and other pieces have been fully assembled in our factory they move to our in-house finishing department where the selected finish is applied. From there they go out to the site for final installation.
